-Come on people. It's not room service, it takes some time to get things done.

I've read a couple reviews about the lawn and grounds around here and I have to dissagree them. Has anyone been outside lately' It's either 105 degrees or raining. So if the grass doesn't get cut for a week, hey I understand, I wouldn't do it either.

I personally live here, have since March and everything has gone fine.
-Rent is reasonable price
-Location: Walking distance to grocery store, gas station, bank, strip mall. Easy to get to the interstate or Grand Ave, that'll take you anywhere. Close to new mall and Super Target.
-Staff: very friendly, get things done in a resonable time frame.
-Buildings: good sized apts, well kept, one of the better places i've lived. w/d

I'd recommend these apartments. If anyone else tells you different, maybe your not asking enough questions.
