sure there was a rough time with this complex but alot of it had to with changing management companys not the staff. the grounds are back to being well kept and the pool is open and it's clean. my heating and cooling bills are so low that i cant hardly believe it. i hardly ever hear the people next door or above me. and when i need something looked at it's always fixed the same day and done right. go ahead and try to find an apt. that has layouts like these, i bet you cant. most are just square box apts. i dont know or care what others might think but i like it here. it's funny that 300 to 400 people live here and only a handful complain. if you want a place to live where you can enjoy peace and quiet and the neighbors are good people then this is where you want to live.
