In the two years that I was a tenant of Wellington there were never any major problems, of course there were the minor thing that would need to be fixed as would in any rental property but the maintenance was done in a timely fashion.
I thought that the rent at Wellington was very reasonable for the area. The move in specials were also a nice bonus!
In the time I was a tenant I lived in two different units and never had a problem with bugs or mice.
The layout of the units that I lived in were set up very nice as to help prevent much noise from apartment to apartment.
Overall I found that Wellington was a very nice place to live, I will and have in the past recommended Wellington as a place to live!
