I have lived at Wellington for about a year now. The office and maintenance staff have been courteous, helpful and competent for what I've needed. I think they always try to do their best. Since Knapp took over management, a lot of positive changes have occurred with advertising, landscaping, etc. There are some great specials running now and I would recommend the apartments to anyone who wants nice amenities (washer/dryer in your apartment) and a great location.
