I LIVED AT WELLINGTON FOR 3 YEARS AND EVERY YEAR THINGS GOT WORSE. I HAD BROKEN WINDOWS THAT WERE REPORTED TO MANAGMENT, CALLED THE POLICE AND STARTED A REPORT. IT TOOK 9 MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX MY 2 BEDROOM WINDOWS THAT VANDALS DESTROYED!!! THAT WAS EVEN DURING THE WINTER!!!!!!

THE MAINTANCE IS AWFUL, MANAGMENT DOES NOTHING AND THE RENT IS OUTRAGOUS! THE APARTMENTS WEREN'T BAD WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN BUT IT JUST KEPT GETTING WORSE.

I WOULDN'T WANT ANYONE THAT I KNOW TO LIVE THERE UNLESS THEY LIKE THE THOUGHTS OF LIVING IN A DUMP!

OH AND DON'T EXPECT THAT IF SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE REPLACED THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ANYTHING OF QUALITY. THEY JUST TAKE IT OUT OF ANOTHER APARTMENT. THAT INCLUDES, CARPET, WASHER/DRYER, WINDOWS. SEE MY POINT!

Just a note- this Resident was evicted for not paying their rent and owes Wellington for cleaning and damage charges.

Maybe the tenent was withholding rent until the problem was fixed. if it takes9 months to fix broken windows that were reported to the police then somehthing is wrong
