I moved in with high hope, yet realistic ones. Parking, neighbors, noise are all part of apartment living and I have been very patient and understanding. Although the tenants are not good, you might expect that from a stranger. There is simply NO excuse for the management though!! Repeated phone calls are not returned. Serious saftey issues are not addressed. I was shocked by my oven/stove several times and when maintentance arrived, he said "No way am I going to touch that thing! Youknow how many volts of electricity can go through you'" I was scare to death and couldn't cook for my children for weeks!! Had to eat out everyday or microwave. It turned out that there was a bare wire touching something that was causing the shock. Repairman told me it was VERY dangerous. I also went 8 days without a hot water heater and left many, many messages. They did not return ONE of them. THIS COMPLEX IS NOT NEGLIGENT, THEY ARE CRIMINAL!!

I'm sure your kids appreciated not having to eat your cooking for weeks. Also if you have time to make 30 calls a day does that mean somebody else has time to reply 30 times? The answer is no. Got some good news for you though. There is a house for sale in wdm. Not sure whereabouts but i heard about it.

Seems 'utardass' will no longer have to be afraid of your stove! No hot water for 8 days sounds like negligence to me. No worries, that manager you tried to contact 30 times a day and the maintenance man who kept the manager too busy to return your 30 calls a day are both no longer employed at the property that houses the electrically unsafe kitchen equipment and faulty water heater. House for sale or no house for sale, I'd get the hell out of there as soon as possible! And that house for sale? I think 'utardass' knows more about the house then they are letting on to. Not sure about all the details, but I 'heard about it'.

The manager had the maintenance man helping her with some plumbing issues daily. Only problem there is that it was the same pipes being serviced. And I'm not referring to any sinks.Gross!!!
