We have lived in Wellington for a little over a year now (2006-2007) and we just renewed our lease with them. I love that wellington is so close to everything, we haev grocery stores, banks, wal mart and target, two malls all within about a 5 minute radius of us. And they just went under new management a few months back and have since done a ton of things to make living at wellington so much nicer! the staff is pretty great at communicating with us and the maintenance guys are on top of things. When our air went out a month ago they had a guy over to have it fixed within a couple hrs. And they allow pets but unless you see a dog out you wouldnt even know it by how clean the grass and sidewalks are!

i would totally recommend wellington to any family!
