After looking at several apartments in the area, this one seemed to be the best value. WRONG! When we moved in the place was disgusting. It took us hours to clean and even had to rent a carpet cleaner since it was nasty. I have only been here a couple months and things are falling apart. Our water heater leaked and had a to be replaced. A shower knob and faucet were shot and had to be replaced, and to top it all off our dryer just stopped working and we have been without for WEEKS!! I hate living at this place. Thanks God I signed a short lease...
