After looking all around West Des Moines, Wellington seemed to be the best value. A great part of town with lots of bike trails and shopping. However, I've lived here six months and have had to call maintenance at least six times. Plumbing is absolutely terrible and have been forced to call maintenance for the bathtub faucet constantly running, the bathtub drain being backed up (after 3 separate service requests to fix), the broken washer/dryer, which has been replaced, the kitchen sink overflowing, and a broken garage door. Overall, a 4/10.
