I dont know what all the fuss on here is all about. I have lived here now for going on three years, I have had no major problems with anything or anyone! Maintenance has always came in in a 24 hour period of me calling in any work orders. And the office staff is very helpful and friendly. Its goes back to people who are unhappy allways spreads their unhappiness, its about time to spread some good and I have now done my good dead for the day today. I have sent my friends here before and will continue to do so. Wellington Apartments are a great place to live!!!!!!!

You are one of the few lucky ones then. I didn't have any major problems with the apartment itself but I had huge problems with the management. They couldn't keep track of anything including when my lease ended, how much my rent was, how many keys I had, etc. I had to begin documenting every conversation so I didn't get over charged for things. My friend moved in at the same time (December) and the furnace did not work when she moved in. It took several calls to get it fixed and the old furnace blew black soot everywhere which Wellinton refused to clean up so she had to clean it on her own dime. Not to mention the $200 utility bills for a one bedroom apartment while she waited for them to get it fixed.
