We moved in 2009, The Apartments Overall outlook appears to be nice and clean. However, Except for Jane (leasing consultant) everyone is very discourteous and does not take any complaint seriously without following up several times. Specially the one young female (the only young female in Staff) is remarkably unprofessional and be deficient in customer service skills. Neighborhood are nice and never had problems with anything else. I would say if the leasing staff can be educateted or trained for customer service and people skills, and pay more attentions on customer complaints to resolve any issues, this place is ideal for More Bang for your Bucks !!!

Jan and Jill are very professional and very courteous. The previous rude Manager has been replaced. I believe you must be talking about the Assistant Manager. She could use some training in the customer service department.
