Moved in in June. Brett and Jamie were very nice and friendly. We had a couple maintenance problems when we first moved in, but all were fixed promptly. Also, it's a good complex to have a dog in (they are also pretty flexible on weight even though they say 15lbs or less-I own a beagle). Good location, cheap rent, very nice/comfortable apartments. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Cheap rent. How about one of the most expensive in the West Des Moines area. Did you shop around at all??

Agreed...The rent was one of the top 3 most expensive complexes for what you get. Don't be fool by a small granite countertop and some crown molding. Everything else is of equal or less quality to the next complex that is $300 cheaper. What a rip off.

Yes, there are apartments in the area that are cheaper...but most of them do not allow dogs over 15lbs. When we were looking at apartments, the ones that did allow a 25lb dog were either in an inconvenient neighborhood, or $100/more a month. Also, by extending our lease just 1 month, we got 1 month free.
