We've lived at Westbrooke for almost 2 years. The only issues we've had have been with other tenants. Management has always been responsive and available. All maintenance issues were taken care of within 24 hours or less.
Yes, the walls are thin. The bathtubs creak when you're taking a shower. The parking lot gets really icy. But any apartment is going to have negatives. Overall, we've been satisfied with Westbrooke.
