Not all it's cracked up to be. - I've lived here for a while, the first thing I would tell a new renter is that the walls are THIN. You need to have a high tolerance for noise, and pets. They may advertise no pets, but there are plenty of dogs and cats all over the place. I don't mind them, but be aware of poo on the premises.
