great place to live - I lived at Fairview Crossings for 2 1/2 years. The staff was understanding with health issues and was concerned with me as a person. When I had a problem with the apartment, it was taken care of ASAP. ...Full review of Fairview Crossing

Can't Wait to Move Out - My lease is up in a couple of months, and I won't be hesitating to jump ship as soon as possible afterwards. Don't get me wrong, the apartments, themselves, are quite nice. The appliances are satisfactory and work well, and maintenance is on the ball to fix things quickly when they stop working. Unfortunately, everything that ruins these apartments is external ...Full review of Reflections at River's Edge

I Love it Here! - I wake up to an amazing view of the wildlife from my deck. It is like nature in the city. You cannot hear Park Center traffic from Riverstone Lane. I have heard horror stories of old maintenance personnel, but my fridge went out last friday at 5:30pm and the maintenance guy Dru stayed beyond his normal hours and replaced it with a new one. With the Greenbelt in my backyard I am always ...Full review of The Cottonwoods

would rent again - I loved staying at the Landing Apartments. Management was nice, the apartments were nice, the grounds were (usually) nice. I did have two dogs at the time and would always pick up after them but it was noticeable that not everyone with dogs did so. I did use the club house for small family gatherings or just for movies on the big screen for myself and hubby. It was great. ...Full review of Landing at Lakeharbor

Feels like paying to stay at a homeless shelter - If you enjoy living with the three random strangers and having to share everything with them this is the place for you. The free internet is a joke. Most of the wireless routers are down all the time. When you do get on then it takes forever to check your email or myspace. Forget online games. Sharing a bathroom with one other person isn't so bad, but sharing the living room and small ...Full review of Quad Apartments

Nice place close to everything - I lived in 2 different buildings in 2 different types of units over 20 months. 1bed and 2bed. Yes the facility is 15 years old, but things in both units worked well. Units were clean and well maintained. My disposal broke, they fixxed it next day. I told them my hot water tank was rusting out, they replaced that the next day. Grounds well kept, sidwalks shovelled. Never waited ...Full review of The Springs of Royal Oaks

Stop!! This place isn't worth it!! - If you are smart, you won't even look at this place!! It'll cost you a fortune on both ends if you move into River Quarry Apartments. The deposit will run you about $200 to $300 depending on a number factors then they'll charge you another $300 "Good faith" fee for any damages that occured during your stay. So, you'll be lucky to get $50 back, or anything at ...Full review of River Quarry

Not worth the hassle. - DO NOT RENT AT... YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND SAFETY! The civic plaza was the first place I moved to out of highschool. I lived in two different apartments there and both were such a PAIN. The rent is cheap yes... They are low income so the application process takes such a ridiculous amount of time, they charge a non-refundable holding fee to put you on the WAIT list for an ...Full review of Civic Plaza Apartments

Morrison Park was a great place to live - I lived at Morrison Park Apartments for 10 years while teaching at BSU. Never worried about a parking place and enjoyed access to the Greenbelt. Hated to leave but time for change. Maintenance always took care of our appliances including replacing. New Management made moving out easy with exact charge sheet so we knew what to expect. Recommend to anyone looking for easy living. ...Full review of Ann Morrison Park Apartments

Not all that great - Personally I have that same feel that my family is the only English speaking family on the block. The one thing that I like about living here is that the park area in between the appartments is very park like. I had the same experience with the air conditioning and after nagging the management got a new one. I'm a dog owner and I do know that most of the other pet owners do not clean up after ...Full review of Woodbridge Apartments
