Make sure you get everything in writing and take pictures if you move in. - Not the worst apts I've ever lived in but certainly not the best. We are being screwed by the management company. Make sure you get pictures of everything if you move in. you will be held liable not only for any damage you may do, but also any damage that was done befor you moved in and not fixed.
