I've been living in these apartments for a bit over a year and a half now, and I must say that I absolutely love them. They're a little bit of the spendy side, but for what you get compared to spending a little less a month elsewhere it's an incredible deal. All utilities included, very quiet area yet it's still VERY close to BSU *and* downtown. Heck, I've gone off and saved on taxi fare before by just walking downtown on a Friday or Saturday night, it's close enough that I'm comfortable walking home tipsy.

The only real downside I don't like is that there's no washer/drier in the units, and no hookups for one. Aside from that, I love this place.
