We lived at Canal Park for 2 years and loved it!!! Our experience was nothing but wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful landscaping the the quiet and clean neighborhood. Our manager was fabulous we lived there under Daniel and Abby Stimpson and enjoyed how friendly and polite they were. When we moved in they helped us unpack our things seeing as we had yet to have made any freinds and had no family in the area. Our surrounding neighbors were wonderful as well. The property was very well kept and the management team seemed very on top of everything. GREAT PROPERTY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!
As for the owners we saw Jim Auld out spraying weeds and touching base with his manager often he seemed very involved and well informed concerning his communities. Not at all overbearing in my opinion.
