My computer monitor did not work in my place on the 4th floor. Someone hit our car in the garage (insurance covered it), elevators broke sometimes and 3AM fire alarms were not pleasant. Condensation built up on our windows in the winter time. Poor in-wall heaters suck. But I liked the commute to BSU and being in the center of it all. Lost all my deposit and then some. Beware, management is flaky. Was probably the quietest apartment I've ever lived in. Won't allow Directv.
