Sure it looks nice on the outside but there is horror on inside- the firealarm gets pulled every month somtimes even twice a day and it's just a false alarm- the parking sucks because you have to share it with the Idaho Water employees next door and if you can't find a spot the parking people want you to park in the next building when you live in the other and you get ticketed for parking in the wrong spot for just 10 minutes. In order to pick up packages from the office- you have to park in the garage and get the package if you're just dropping by and can not park in the "future residence" spots which is crock especially when you're just stopping by for 1 minute to pick up that package that has school textbooks in them (that was my case). Even overnight vistors will get charged for parking there unless it's on a Saturday or Sunday, even with a two bedroom and roommates you're only aloud 1 parking spot - you live less then 5 feet away from the St. Lukes Employee parking garage so be prepared for constint sirens- the elevators are slow and get confused. I would not recommend it- unless you're just moving to get settled in then I suggest to sign a 6 month lease and not a 12 month lease like I did and instantly regretted it 1 month afterwards and couldn't change it even for my saftey (b/c if the smoke alarm keep going off for a false alarm- no one will believe it for the real thing- and during the false alarms people coming out have been getting slimmer and slimmer)

Leasing department had acomplete turnover three weeks before I submitted my application for section 42 review. (04/2006) The replacement team is no better...incompetency abounds, rude and unfriendly staff is hard at work screening out the undesirables. Whatever their parameters are...Don't know,& no longer care... Avoid this place until developers turn them into condos. Steadfast management is the black death of housing development and the precursor swoosh to dump waste management.

I submitted my application two weeks ago and haven't moved in yet, but am having second thoughts. Instead of attempting to make it work, the compliance gal has been on a witch hunt to find a reason I don't qualify. They have not been accommodating and after reading about the fire alarm I am very wary, having stayed at an extended stay motel with the same problem. Kids and disgruntled tenants love to set those things off and once done, everyone has to clear the bldg. I am also afraid to park my car in a place where anyone can park next to me. What to do???
