i am stuck in a one year lease. i thought this place was great "AT FIRST". now i realize what a mistake i made. the parking is totally "VISITOR UNFRIENDLY"!!! your guests have to wait till after 5pm or on the weekends to visit or they will pay a large parking fee!!! the parking garage is kinda scary especially at night. i've seen homeless people in there, they might even be living in there! the elevtors are ancient!(very slow) and most of time stink like urine! there is often throw up around the elevator areas probably from one of the young drunks that live here and there are many!!! often leaving beer bottles around as well. There are many young, inconsiderate people that live here and dont care how much noise they make especially in the courtyard in the middle of the night,most likely they are drunk or on drugs! your windows are right next to the courtyard and YOU WILL be woken up in the middle of the night and it will sound like they are in your livingroom!!!And as far as security,well that is a joke!!! i just called them about an hour ago and the number was "DISCONNECTED"!!! there are some punks in the courtyard being extremely noisy,right as i write this review and there is nothing i can do about it.The time is 2:26 a.m.!!! this place sucks big time! and the management is snobby and unfriendly so there is really nothing i can do about it! also i am on the 5TH floor and i hear every step and sound that comes out of the apt. above me!!! i do not recommend this place to anyone. DONT GET FOOLED BY THE LOW RENT!!!IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!you'll see...:(
