This is the worst living conditions in Boise. It looks all nice and clean because it's new. But the scummy people they move in are quickly deteriorating the place. It will soon be ghetto central. Disgusting hallways, elevators that are routinely puked in and I constantly feared I would get hepatitus from touching the buttons, stairways full of dry piss, no ventilation/always hot except for winter when it's frigid, tiny apartments with no aesthetic appeal, ------ parking regulations and no where for visitors to park make socializing a pain in the ass, druggy/scummy/ghetto people hanging about the elevators and in the front of the building, obvious drug use, nasty customer service with snooty office girls who have (LOL) no right to be snobbish, false alarm firealarms that go off twice a month, and you can just kiss your deposit goodbye and just accept that you're GOING to get a ridiculous bill no matter what.
