I've lived here 18 months almost. These are great apartments next to the river and greenbelt. You couldn't ask for a better location. 6 months ago a new owner took over. They are obviously desperate because the noise level has increased a hundred fold. I would have stayed here forever under the former owners. Now they rent to noisy college bsu students exclusively near as I can tell. They are out there every night in the parking lot past 11 PM it seems. The garbage bin is usually overflowing on monday morning with beer bottle trash. Bass noise thumps thru my walls.

In regards to this review I definitely understand the noise issue, but you cannot fault the community or call them "desperate" for simply following Idaho fair housing laws. It does not make a community desperate if it rents to any and all qualified applicants I would like the same respect given to me. In fact, it is suspicious that the former management didn??????t. With all due respect, in your review are you insinuating that the former management discriminated against prospective residents based on age or the fact they went to school? I don??????t care how nice they were to you individually that is not ethical. There is always going to be a noise problem with apartments that is why there is such high value placed in finally purchasing a home. And while there are noise issues from time to time there are always ways to work around them to best benefit you. I have never stayed at Clearwater, but I am definitely looking forward to it. They have a beautiful property and their floor plans are both spacious and gorgeous. Don??????t base your opinion of Clearwater solely on this review... it is definitely worth it to check it out yourself.
