Had a real bad experience. First, when we entered the apartment was not clean at all. Every corner of it was dirty as it was not cleaned since ages.....the washer dryer had a very wierd smell in it. We couldnt bear to stay in it and decided to buy a house sooner than planned. I wanted to go for a month to month lease, but the lady convinced me and told me you can sign up for a 6 month and you will get a better rate, later if you want to break your lease all you have to do is pay for one months rent and give 30 days notice, then when the time actually came, they told me you have to pay till the end of the lease term or till the apartment is re-rented.......my husband was very tired on the first day as had travelled thru the night in a long coast to coast flight. The lease papers were signed in that state of his, where unfortunately he skipped that part (which was in fine print).....and finally we ended up paying for it. We even tried talking to the property manager, but he would never return our calls!!!
NEVER EVER STAY HERE, this place really sucks.....
ALSO THERE WAS SO MUCH NOISE< OF KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE STEPS......screaming at each other and this was in the winter, god knows what will happen in the summer!!!
Landscaping was pathetic, the pond in front of the house was never cleaned.
