When we moved here over a year ago there was a different managment. The other statements were probably true then. Now we have a new mangagement and a new name, The Benchmark. Since the new managment has taken over many things that have needed to be done in our homes have been. Such as vent cleanings, leak checks ect. Maintenance is always on top of everything around here! There are plenty of kids for your kids(if any) to play with. We love it here!
