Beautiful, nice apartment community, great location, but pigeons are ALL OVER. Don't keep anything on your patio or it will be covered in bird turd. We moved out because we wanted to get a puppy. The staff was very nice until we checked out. We ended up waiting for them for for our checkout walk-through appointment for over 2 hours, when we finally got a hold of the manager, she said they had been too busy to make our appointment, but didn't bother to call us to let us know. They said everything should be fine, and they would call us to let us know if they were going to keep any of our deposit. About a month later, we got our deposit back, with almost $50 taken out of it, with no call to let us know what was wrong like they said they would. They said we didn't clean behind the oven good enough, or wipe down all the baseboards. They said they had to take 2 hours of cleaning time out, but there was NO WAY there was 2 hours of cleaning left to do, unless the cleaning person took an hour and 50 minute nap during it! And who pays $20/hour to clean!'!' So I guess everyone is very nice until you decide to move out. Oh and the lady before us had a pigeon coop on the patio, when we moved in the air conditioner and entire patio was COVERED in pigeon poop and feathers.
