DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

For the last 8 years I have been in college earning a doctorate degree. During that time I have obviously lived in many places while completing school and numerous internships. Falcon Valley Townhomes receives the WORST rating of any place I have ever lived. I provide advice to hundreds of sick patients every day. And here is some common sense advise from me to you - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH FALCON VALLEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Maintenance requests take a minimum of 3 months and chances are it will take another 2 months for them to correctly fix the problem. Managment staff doesn't know their head from their rear end (to put it nicely). They are inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional.
I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'm counting the days until my lease is up and can't wait to leave. Boise has a lot to offer in terms of apartments, condos, townhomes, house rentals. Please take the extra time to find something worth your money. This place isn't worth a dime.
