Please disregard the last review written by my roommate. It is true that she has lived in many places the last eight years due to the requirements of our schooling. However, she failed to mention all the roommates she has gone through in the last eight years. A few month's ago her last roommate left and she was unable to afford the rent on her own. She couldn't get out of the lease without paying the penalty so she has been bitter ever since. I moved in with her two months ago and immediately regretted it. I am counting down the days until the lease expires as well but it has nothing to do with Falcon Valley. We have never had any maintenance issues to be taken care of. Trust me, advice from this girl is the last thing you want to take.
