Very Unsafe and Noisy

I am very disappointed in the total disrespect the management shows the tenants. It is an unsafe and very noisy. Rules are not enforced, it is dirty, amenities are not open for residents and I feel like I'm living in a low income trailer park.
Communication from management is sparse and very short notice - today they are sealing the parking lot and entrances to the garages. We were notified just two days ago that we would not have access to our own apartment for TWO DAYS!! How crazy is that' No advance notice for planning, no respect and no alternatives - just be out by 7:00 am or you'll be towed and don't come back until the next evening.
The roads are rather narrow, and many residents have chosen to use their garages as storage facilities - thus there are cars parked in front of garages, along curbs and often the 'road' is reduced to one lane - add to that kids out riding bikes, residents not observing speeed limits and you have a very dangerous situation. I often am completely blind trying to back out of my garage because of all of the cars parked around.
We also just found out when your lease is up rent increases 30% thats $250 - these units are already OVERPRICED for what you get, which is a noisy unit, unclean property, poor yard maintenance,and total lack of respect - they just want the money.
They repainted during our stay - it has been FOUR months and still not done. And no notice as to when they are going to be invading your unit - one day they taped off the back of our unit all windows the doors everything. An hour later there were men out taping the front too!! At the same time - talk about being a prisoner!! No consideration!! Remember the scene from ET when they bubbled off the house - that's what it was like. AND there was NO NOTICE given that you would be a prisoner in your own unit. FOUR months of hammering, fumes, taped in, ladders in front of the garage so you can't get in or out, lumber taking up the parking spaces and workers right at your window.
This is by far the WORST place I have ever rented.
