We lived in this community for 3 years from 2005 to 2008. We have seen the name change and the management change so many times we could not keep track. The latest manager seems to try to fix all the problems and there is alot of problems with this complex. She is not doing a very good job. The up keep of this place is so bad that if you have a problem good luck getting it fixed before atleast a month. The outside of the complex looks run down. They did paint the place but well that does not even look good anymore. The pool and fitness center keep getting things stolen from them all the time. The management does not know what they will do about that. The safety of the complex is not good at all because the lights are always out and never get fixed. The people they rent to are just not good people. The people with young kids are just strange people, so if you have kids stay away from the park area. Young party kids live everywhere in the place and have beer parties set up in the garages. The pool in the summer is just a place for young college people to get wasted and party with beer and hard drinks. If you have small kids stay away from fitness and pool area in the summer, they will get hurt in the pool. They do not enforce any rules at all. There will be people parking everywhere including in front of your garage. Good luck getting out of the garage if this happens. Overall, not a good place to live. Please rent a house they are much better and cheaper.
