I lived there for 3 years and paid my rent on time. They always increased rent every 6 months by at least 50 dollars. It was too much. Julia, the manager there is rude and bitchy. She tried to cheat me out of 1000 dollar maintenance cost after we moved out on the issues which I had reported to them as a tenant months before. She claimed that i never reported anything. I had to fight my way after which she reduced the charges. Apartment had leaks and molds and they did not do anything about it but rather tried to pin me. Assigned parking spots are taken by someone numerous times, but they dont do anything about even after complaints. Overall, these guys are liars, cheaters and will screw you at every chance. There are numerous leaks in the windows and walls and the heat bill is humengous. I did not realize that when i lived there but turns out that it cost me less money to heat my 4 bed house than a one bed apartment at Huntingon. Go figure

I lived at the Huntington for over 5 years and have NEVER had an issue with the management, maintanence, or the apartment itself. The management seem to go out of their way to solve any issues that came up. In fact, the lease states there is a late fee if you do not pay rent by a certain date. I had lived there for about 3 years and one month my car needed repair and I didn't have rent when it was due. I informed the manager (Julia) ahead of time that I will be late paying rent and she said it would not be a problem and since it was my first time paying late, I didn't have to pay the late fee. The management provides movie nights, pool parties, social gatherings, wine tastings, and many more activities to encourage a friendly atmosphere. I have always thought the apartments are in better shape than most here in the valley. I would definetly recommend them to any of my friends. In fact, that is how I became a resident, 2 of my friends lived there years before me and recommended the Huntington.
Of course, you have the few idiots that think they are above the laws/lease and they are the ones that do not like management. They are the ones that leave their broken down cars sitting in a stall. Even though the lease states that all cars must be in running condition. I have also seen people leave their apartments in ruins when they vacate and can't understand why they have to pay cleaning and repair fees...go figure!! Most people reading these reviews know there are two sides to a story.
By the way, I lived in apartment 187 and 112. Apartment 112 is on the gorgeous Loggers Creek and had a beaver, deer and grey/blue heron in it. I highly recommend these apartments.
