I have lived at the Huntington apartments for a little over a year, and I can not stand the apartment management.
They seemed nice enough when I moved in, but as it turns out, they are NOT kind. They lied about some of the features offered, but I had no other place to live. The apartments themselves are pretty, but I can not handle the women in that office.
Everything was "my fault". Leaky sink a week after I moved in... It must be me. The disposal that stopped working... must be my fault.
They threatened to tow (and have not yet, but keep saying) my car which has a slow leak in the tire, and is flat every other day after I pump it, which was in my ASSIGNED parking spot. I talked to Julia, one of the managers, and she said it was fine. Then I got a letter a month later saying they would tow it... again!
I went in and talked to them and they pretended not to recall the conversation.

I would NOT reccomend these apartments to anyone. If they got completely new management, then they are decent apartments (though super drafty and kind of moldy if you aren't careful). But if they do not (managers names are Julia and Carrie) then do not move in.

Not to mention they would not allow my small pet dog when I moved in. Then I find out that other apartments have Large dogs... they said it was because their lease was older, but I dont think it is fair that my lawn has dog poo in it and I can not have my best friend.
