Basically, I won't get into it, but these apartments look nice on the outside, but after a little bit are terrible. Loud all the time, the management are all rude and condescending. I have never missed a rent payment, or payed late, but they still treated me terribly.
They have been remodeling the apartment above us for about a month now. Starting at about Seven in the morning they start hammering and sawing, and all sorts of odd noises.
I have also, like other reviewers, had problems with parking. Either trucks will take up two spaces, or people will be in my reserved space.
The refrigerator frequently stops refrigerating, and thaws our freezer. We have asked them to fix it MANY times, but when they deign to come across the parking lot to look at it, they say nothing is wrong. I am sure my ruined freezer perishables would beg to differ.
Mainly my problem is the management. They are very fake and rude. When we moved in they said they would have free fitness classes and movie nights, and they have yet to do so. It has been a year and a half.
Also, overpriced for the area and size.
