The beautiful setting.. Dont let it fool you.
I have lived at the landing for almost two years, I am currently in a lease.
Since May 2005 I have made several complaints regarding the repair of the tanning beds, neither are in working order, one has 5 burnt out light bulbs, the other has 3 burnt out lights and a lid that will not close.
The management has mistakenly given my key out to a worker who let himself into my apartment without knocking, or any notice, come to find out he was given the wrong key and was to do work in a vacant apartment.
I have had over 7 emergency calls regarding plumbing in the past 5 weeks. I have mold and water damage in both the bathroom and the kitchen.
The carpet is coming apart at the seams in the living room and hall area.
My view is of a broken fence I have a leaky pipe running from my patio area that they have attempted to repair a couple times now.

I have made several complaints and receive this reply yeah you and 190 other people are complaining
In the mean time as the current tenants complain, they are getting the 75 vacant apartments ready to view along with painting the trim on the outside as we suffer.
In the past 4 weeks I have left my apartment over 9 times for repairs that were to be made that were never made. Dont be fooled it may appear to work until you try to use it.

The Management is Retarded. I wouldn't let them manage a popcicle stand in antartica!! Give me a break. Everything in our apartment looks like crap. We were shown a nice apartment and told they gave it away so we got a crap apartment that we didn't want for the same price. We've called close to twenty times with a couple of responses and even one time were promised a visit and a phone call. That was a week ago and we have not heard anything. Our microwave doesn't work and our fosset handle broke tonight so we have no water in the kitchen, not to mention the ant problem when we moved in that never got looked at. It's lawsuit time baby!! Enough talking and more action. I say we all go in there guns blazing and get what we actually paid for. Show us what we're getting before we move you cheap car salemans!!
