Good...if you don't mind a bad experience or six.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived at the Landing for two years. At first, it seemed perfect; the apartments were adequate in design, the grounds were generally well-kept, and the clubhouse was useful. However, the summer came, and so did the problems. The apartments (not just ours) were flooded with ants. The management never did anything about this for anyone. The garbage disposal broke about once a week, flooding the sink. Management would randomly enter our apartment without knocking or anything (I wonder what happened while we were away). There was constantly trash outside, nearly everywhere, but nothing was really done about it. The apartments are not Dish or DirectTV friendly. Tanning beds were dead, never fixed. Theatre room was barely ever in working condition. Apartment SOUND DAMPENING HORRIBLE. Expensive for what you get.
So...if all that matters to you is the outside of the building, then the Landing is the place for you!
