I moved here out of desparation - had to get out of where I was fast! But, The Landing seemed very nice & I got a good deal on the rent. They were under different management when I moved in, but they soon were gone. At first, everything thing was good. The apartment itself was really in good shape and I lived in a quiet area. However, as soon as the weather turned warmer & I needed my a/c, I quickly learned what management & customer service was all about at this place. They do not respond quickly at all! My a/c was out for a whole month and the office staff & management did not respond promptly or with true and correct information. I was lied to several times about what was wrong with the a/c unit and was twice told it had been fixed, when indeed no-one had ever even entered my apartment to look at the unit!!! Finally, after contacting the a/c repair contractors myself, I found out the problem and it was fixed immediately (a very simple 1 minute fix, mind you). My phone calls to the office during this time were rarely returned and management felt no need to compensate me or offer an apology for the delay. Very very poor customer service! Also, I found out during my time there that several vehicles were broken into and even stolen. There are several poorly lit areas and management never tried to install good lighting or take other precautions. If I hear you're moving here, I will straight up tell you - don't do it. While the apartments are nice and the neighborhood isn't that bad - you will regret it due to the poor customer service and lack of promptness with maintenance issues. Please, find another property who might actually care about it's tenants.
