I have lived at the Landing for almost a year. At first when I moved in, I was impressed by the pond system that attracts ducks and geese and makes a nice environment for the apartments, especially in the summer. However, soon after I renewed my lease, I started noticing things that concerned me.
The maintenance crew has not been very responsive in fixing things in my apartment or around the common areas of the complex. I was a victim of a petty theft and found out others in the complex were also. Lastly, a smashed pumpkin in the middle of the sidewalk has not been cleaned up even though it was been there for months. All these issues reflect badly on the management staff and have made me reconsider renewing my lease. Instead I have decided to buy a house and will be moving at the end of Feb.
