First time renting and it is a terrible place to rent.

NOT EVEN CLOSE TO LUXURY. When we moved in the apartment was not clean at all. there was hair, dried toothpaste and Q-tips in the bathroom drawers. A chunk of the door frame is missing on the front door leaving a big hole in the wall in our apartment. No covered parking is assigned with your apartment, and they think you'll pay 20.00 bucks extra for a covered spot. Office staff was generally a pain to work with. There was a drain from our buildings AC that dripped water right onto our back patio. Not at all a good experience, will NOT renew our lease. DO NOT give this place your hard earned money.
