Worst Apartments in Boise

Wow, where to begin! They booted my car sitting in the spot I pay for last night! They refused to take care of it I was forced to pay $85 to get it removed. This is on top of numerous other issues. For instance two cement stairs broke on my building. They remained broken for two months before they did anything, when they did they replace them with wood, it was different height and was slick. Those "temporary steps" where there for 8 months. A couple months back my heater blew up because they hadn't changed the filter in 2 years it was sagging almost a whole foot, I'm very lucky it didn't burn down my apartment. I called last weekend because my air conditioning wasn t working, they stated that it was a weekend and that wasn't an emergency because it was under 90 degrees and I had to wait for a weekday while it's 86 degrees outside (and much hotter in the apartment). A couple months back a meth bust, a couple weeks ago there was a fight on the third floor of a "meth" apartment and a man was pushed off the third floor to the ground. I see police in this complex constantly. "Luxury" I don't think so crime everewhere burglary, you name it. I could right a book, but what s the point, these apartments are horrible. The management is even worse. STAY AWAY if you are smart!
