I Have been living at The Landing for 1.5 years and I have never had a problem with maintenance, the managment, or any of my neibors. I have read some of the other reviews on this website and I must say that I strongly disagree with most of them. For example: some of the reviews state that there is alot of crime and drug traffic in the complex, this could not be further from the truth!!! There has been some problem tenants but because of good neibors and dillagent efforts of the staff, these problem tenants have been evicted and delt with apropriatly by the staff and police as needed. I feel very safe here and I would let my kids walk to the bus stop any day. As far as maintenance goes, they are wonderful. They are polite, timely, and curdious. They always get my work orders done and done right.

The Landing is a beautiful complex; the most beautiful in Boise in my opinion. It has a great landscape and grounds crew. It borders Lake Harbor and has 5 ponds threw out the complex. If there is trash or cigarette butts on the ground it is because of a few disrespectful tenants who insist on throwing trash on the ground. It is not the fault of the grounds maintenance crew whom try their best and do a great job of trying to keep up with the trash demand.

I think that the Landing is a safe and wonderful place to live. I would recomended living here to anyone in, expecialy families!!!
