We have lived at The Landing at Lakeharbor for 9 months now. Just last week, we noticed some water in the carpet and called the office. It was 6:02 pm and the office closes at 6pm. The manager answered and said she would notify maintenance right away. Within 6 minutes, the maintenance manager was at our door. He diagnosed the problem as a leaky water heater that needed to be replaced. Within 22 more minutes, the carpet cleaners were at the apartment and had the mess cleaned up. The next morning, at 8:10 am, maintenance was back with a replacement water heater.
Honestly, I would have never imagined that a problem like this could be noticed, diagnosed and fixed 100% in such short order. Someday, when I move away to purchase my own home, I am really going to miss this red carpet service!

Wow, anytime I tried calling the office even 1 minute after 6pm, nobody answered. Sometimes they even lock the front doors during business hours so you cant get in to the office for tanning keys, I can't even count how many times that happened. You can use the tanning beds, when they feel like being in the office...
