Don't live here.

Same complaints as the others - apartment looked nothing like the model, maintenance is a JOKE, management has high turnover and poor customer service. The gym is ancient, sprinklers blast water all over my walkway and back patio, so I get soaked if I have to come or go when they're on.
The routinely close the pool for supposed maintenance, last time it was in July during a week in the high-90s.
I continually receive notices that maintenance is going to enter and replace light bulbs and filters, but my porch light has been out for almost a year, I have 3 bathroom bulbs out, and they have NEVER replaced any of my filters or checked any of my smoke detectors in the 1 1/2 years I've been there. (Despite repeated promises to do so.)
Management signs for residents' packages but does not notify us when they arrive. So if someone sends me something unexpected, it sits in the office for weeks. If I'm expecting a delivery, I have to call the office every day, sometimes twice a day, to see if it's arrived.
Bottom line is, no matter how long you live there or how ideal a resident you are, you're nothing but a number to management. I've been renting for 12 years and this is probably the worst place I've lived. The only reason I've stayed is because I'm in the process of buying a house and don't want to move now and again in 2 months.
