Since the day we moved in living here has been a mess. First, the office has some sort of transition going on when we sign the lease, so we find out our "special" 8 month lease is actually a 10 month lease. The day we start moving our furniture in we notice that there are no baseboards in our unit! So we get a nice quarter of an inch of white paint that divides the brown wall from the beige carpet. I find light bulbs and batteries laying around that maintnance tossed aside instead of throwing away. One of the burners on our stove doesnt work!Neighbors are free to blare music at any time day or night, these rules also apply to people who stay up on weeknights to party the main floor, second floor and our floor 3d, all contain these type of neighbors. Taking a stroll across the complex is not an option due to the dog crap that is covering almost every sqare foot of the grass. The people in the office are rude, which is why I do not use the tanning beds, which is a reason we choose these apartments. Also our dryer causes us an extra $20(at least) a month in electricity since you have to dry one load of laundry 3 times before it is actually dry. And a wonderful bonus, we get to enjoy the smoke from the fireplace in the unit below us, we told management of this problem today, they said they will be by tomorrow to put a "towel"or something in there so it doesn't do that...HA! And good luck finding a place to park your car when you get home from work! One last thing, our built in shelves, have fallen on me more than once...enjoy.

Someone was supposed to come look at the fireplace yesterday between 10:30-11:30, I waited at home all day and nobody showed up...Still no call or contact.

My unit also had no baseboards, and my shelves fell too! Broke all kinds of stuff. They manipulate the leases on purpose, and I actually reported them to fair housing for it. They call it "9 months" but then don't count the current month, even if it's the 1st or 2nd. So you end up stuck with more than you agreed to. You have to check the dates VERY carefully yourself. I got into a big argument with the leasing agent there when they tried to add a month to my lease.

I am interested in these apartments, but your comment about the office staff concerns me. What problems did you have with the office staff did you have? What should I watch out for?

Those dryers aren’t the best, but if you take the lint out of the filter once in a while and don’t load 150 pounds worth of crap in it, it has a chance to dry in one step, even cotton shirts on low-heat. Imagine.

Ok property management people, gosh I never thought that cleaning the lint would do so much! Because I have never used a dryer before, you know nobody believes that you are a resident, you might as well give up now. Stop making excuses and update your appliances! What is your excuse for the burner not working on the stove? Did I not turn it on right? Since I've never used a stove before! You people are pathetic!
