I lived in The Landing for one year. During this time, my garbage disposal broke and it took the maintenance staff over 2 weeks to come fix it! I was forced to wash my dishes in the bathroom sink, as the kitchen sink was a swamp. A few months later, my washer/dryer broke and, again, it took them almost 2 weeks to even come look at it, plus another 3 weeks for the machine to arrive. While I waited for the replacement, I had to haul my laundry clear across the apartment complex to use the washer/dryer in an empty unit.
The management nickels and dimes you too! It costs an extra $20 a month for a reserved parking spot. I believe one reserved parking spot should be included with a rental, but no! In addition, the security company that patrols the parking lot is ridiculous. I came downstairs one morning to find my car booted in MY parking space and come to find out the idiot on patrol "just didn't see my permit" in the window.
I also witnessed several drug deals throughout the complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
