The place has a few good points but they just don't outway the bad points which are bad.

1) DON'T MOVE BY THE PLAYGROUND. There are psycho kids that moved in and are outside yelling and screaming with no parental control ALL DAY LONG. They throw garbage in the ponds, terrorize the animals and destroy the plants.

2) We moved here because they allow dogs but there are too many people with dogs and big dogs and a lot of dog crap all over.

3) All the units are from the 60's - Roper piece of crap appliances, loud washers and dryers and I've never seen such horrible bathrooms in my life. The drains don't work.

4) Walls very thin. If you have people above you - you can hear everything from conversations to your neighbors washing their clothes, taking a shower, and the dishwasher.

5) Parking SUCKS

6) They charge you $45 service fee to pay your rent online - WHO DOES THAT'

7) The bottom units are like caves and have no light.

8) The windows and screens are all messed up and half the windows don't have latches.

9) Outgoing mail is a little iffy.

10) The pool area needs better lounge equipment.

11) The outlets and wall switches are messed up and in bizarre locations.

12) The schedule for the sprinklers is maintained by a complete moron and the landscapers take two days are making noise all morning long.

13) There are no outdoor water spickets or outlets to clean anything.

14) Both cable and qwest sucks here. CableOne always cuts off because of the drainage from multi-units and Qwest is just Qwest and sucks.

15) You can use community room but NO ALCOHOL is allowed - so no point in parties or events

16) Renting the community room is unorganized and we had the room doubled booked or messed up twice.

17) Our dishwasher broke and it took over 30 days to get a new one and it wasn't even a new one.

18) Garbage disposal didn't work and they had to come out 3 times and tell us to basically not put food down the garbage disposal before they would replace it - total waste of time.

18) This place isn't worth what is charged for rent ($920/month - $100 less with a lease - CARPORT OR GARAGE IS EXTRA).

To get out of your lease costs about $5,000 plus rent anyways. I just think you can find a better place than this.
