Ok.. So I actually took the time to read all the reviews. Scared me a little, but went to The Landing myself to take a look. I was very impressed with almost everything there. Of course, we will see how everything goes over the course of me living there. The staff was great and other renters I meet seemed to love living there. Everybody has the own experience rather good or bad, and I will definantly have my own there...I dont forsee any hassles but never say never right.
Nevertheless, I did sign a year lease and I was happy with everything there and honesly believe that after the changes they did prior to me moving there seemed to have helped. So I'm looking forward to moving in and will repost when the time comes. So goodluck to all you searching and seriously you should come check out The Landing if your looking, you will be amazed. And Angie and Tara are great in the office, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home, in getting the apt, and very knowledgeable of the complex.
So again experience the visit to The Landing yourself and don't let a bad posting make you miss out on what could be a great place to live.
