Going on 4 years in this place. It does have its drawbacks like all apartments do. The AC unit is in the living room at floor level. You have to set up fans to get the cool air into your bedroom. The turnover rate for Mangers has been high. But we have a good one in the office now. You have a problem, give her the right information and she will do everything in her power to take care of it. Hopefully this coming summer, the partiers will get a clue and realize we can hear every word they are saying when they are outside in the parking lots or on their decks. Its called an echo! During the day-very quiet. On Friday & Saturday nights-can get quite loud. Otherwise-this is a good place to call home.
