Not the worst apts I've ever lived in but certainly not the best.

We are being screwed by the management company. Make sure you get pictures of everything if you move in. you will be held liable not only for any damage you may do, but also any damage that was done befor you moved in and not fixed. Move out expenses are ridiculous.

That is our main gripe. There are several other small problems as well, such as the shower is ill designed and leaks all over the floor, the fixtures were all old and dirty, the management made it a point to "inspect" something once every three months or so but never actually fixed much, the blinds are flimsy and break often, the screen doors on the sliding glass doors in the back are horrible, the window in the smaller bed room is very ill designed and we had 2 squirrels actually get in to our apartment through the window!
the grounds are mostly decently maintained, except for the area around our patio, which was all dirt for some reason and the last building on logan street actually has a piece of partical board at the base of the stairs so people don't fall into the giant puddle there. the parking lot isn't too secure. I've had my bicycle vandalized sever times over the course of 2 years.
The apartments are furnished with garbage disposals, dishwashers and your own water heater, but for me, that doesn't make up for the downs. I would not recommend living here.
