After 2 years I am not renewing my lease

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
After 2 years of living here, I have decided not to renew my lease. When I first moved in, I would have recommended this place to anyone who asked but now, within the last 2 months, I will not recommended this place what so ever. The new manager, has decided not to call us residents but tenets. She has stated that we will be micro-managed in several notices that she has placed on our doors. Since moving in, I have seen this place at its peak, but now with the new manager, it is very sad to see what it has become.
