When i first moved into the apartments at liberty lake the staff was very kind and very helpful and friendly, i enjoyed going down to the office to get out of the house or use the computers. Recently the apartments have got a new manager. Personally i dont think she is a very friendly or kind lady. She seems stuck up and SHE SAYS that she is trying to make it a better complex to live in and they are changing for the better, but personally i think that having a rude manager is not changing for the better. Since the new manager has started i have been to the office once to get a package and she was rude. She didnt treat me with the respect that i believe i should have been treated with, i pay to live in the apartments and i expect to be greeted with a smile or even a "how are you today" would be nice. The one time that i was in there she was on the phone complaining about how she puts 16 hours in a day at the apartments and personally that is not something i want to hear when i go in there. I havent been to the office since. There is also new co-workers in the office who dont know much about the apartments and are also not friendly. I think that the apartments were at its best when i first moved in back in june. I would really like things to be looked over and have the staff back that there used to be at liberty lake aparments!! THANKS!!!!!
