When I first moved in in May 2007, I loved living here! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. Inside the office there were always free goodies, the workout room had sanitizing wipes, and the staff was super friendly and very relaxed. Now, I guess some new management has taken over, and to introduce herself, she posted rude letters on every door informing us of how messy and irresponsible we are. I've always thought this place looked great and loved the atmosphere, so I have no idea what she was complaining about. I never had a problem with parking, but they hired parking enforcement to tow and boot cars. I had a car towed because the tags were expired even though it had an appropriate sticker in the window.
When I needed my tub drain fixed when we first moved in, maintenance came right away and fixed it without any problem. I had another issue that needed to be fixed, made an appointment, and they never showed up. The next day they showed up without warning, and admitted they should have come yesterday. I just sent the guy away, considering he would have come in without me even being here and without permission!
I wrote a letter of complaint to management and never even received an apology. They just don't care about us anymore. Oh, and when I signed my lease, the tiniest 1 bedroom was $550/month. Now they want $645. For 550 sq feet' That's insane. I'm so happy I'm moving out. (And yeah, that 1 positive review has to be from management, considering they're using verbatim from the website).

I completely agree with this review! I moved in here last year in April 2007 and it was great, I loved living here. The new management group is horrible! One of the managers named Andy is a complete ----. I swear he hates me and his job. I have lived here for a year and one month and I have never been late on paying rent, this month I was 15 minutes late and they charged me an extra $40, and sent me 2 very threatening letters a day apart. I went into the office to talk to him about it and see if there was anything that could be done and he said that would be unfair to all of the other renters who paid on time. I could see if this was always a problem, but my rent just went up from$550 to $600 in one month, and not to mention I've never been late before. Well I'm moving on tomorrow and could not be happier about this choice.
I do NOT recommend living here.
